Peptide boxes, vial trays, labels, and temper seals

Peptide Packaging That's Already Been Made

— So You Don't Pay for a Mold

Boxes, adjustable vial trays, freezer-safe labels, and tamper seals that are already in production. Ships in weeks, easy to reorder — and we only change those four pieces. Your vial and your paperwork stay exactly as they are.

THERE ARE THREE WAYS TO GET PEPTIDE PACKAGING.
TWO OF THEM FAIL QUIETLY.

You’re doing one of these right now.

TAKE YOUR CO-PACKER'S BOX
PICK FROM A SHORT LIST
BUILD IT FROM SCRATCH
Fast and cheap
— and why every brand's box looks the same
The option nobody offers you
Freedom, minus the pieces that fail
Anything you want
— plus long waits, mold bills, and surprises
Generic Outcome

Take your co-packer's box

You use the box, tray, and label your fill partner already runs. It’s fast, it’s cheap, and it’s why every brand on the shelf looks the same.

What it really costs you: you look like everyone else, the protection is average, and the parts that make a customer trust you aren't yours to choose.
What we do

Pick from a short list

You choose from a small set of pieces that have already been made and shipped — boxes that fold right, trays that hold vials, labels that print clean. Then you customize only what’s worth customizing.

Your co-packer wants it simple. A custom designer gets paid to start from nothing. Neither has a reason to offer you this.
Heavy Investment

Build it from scratch

You have packaging designed from nothing. You can have anything you want — plus months of waiting, a mold bill, rounds of samples, and a shape nobody has ever made before.

If you don't yet know whether it sells, that's cash and months against something no one has bought.

Ten pieces that have already been made and shipped are worth more than a thousand that haven't.

Each one comes with proof instead of hope.

Same list. Two different right answers.

The list doesn’t change as you grow — which pieces are right for you does. Two brands can pick from the same list and both be correct.

01. For Market Validation

Pick packaging you can reuse.

Buy as few molds as possible.
Make every packaging piece do more than one job.

5-vial window display box for peptide vials
Buy the right to pivot — Secure your freedom to change your mind. Stay agile by skipping expensive molds.
02. For Market Scaling

Pick packaging customers will pay more for

Keep the packaging pieces that only need to work.
Upgrade only the ones a customer can feel.

6-vial magnetic book-style rigid box for peptide vials
Defend your premium — Stop chasing flexibility. Command a higher price point and build packaging that defends it.

When you spend matters more than what you spend on.

A lot of brands try to jump straight to Stage 3 and fail.  This sequence keeps you from doing that too early.

STAGE 01

FIND OUT IF IT SELLS

STAGE 02

MAKE ONE PART BETTER

STAGE 03

SELL IT AS A SET

STAGE 04

MAKE IT HARD TO COPY

Skipping ahead isn’t a bad creative choice — it’s a financial disaster. You pay for a mold upfront, and that inventory just sits on your shelf. If a part only fits one product, it becomes dead stock the day that product dies. But if you go in order? That exact same rigid box — purchased at the right time — is the reason you can charge a premium. Same box. Same invoice. Completely different strategy.

These aren't beginner and advanced — they're two different jobs.

Stay with standard packaging after demand is proven, and you risk leaving margin and brand value on the table. Move into custom tooling too early, and you lock capital into packaging before demand is proven.

Your packaging is fighting three fights.
None of them are about looks.

These are the three ways packaging actually causes a return.

FIGHT 01

The label comes off in the freezer

Paper labels curl, peel, and smear as the vial freezes and thaws at −20°C, making the printed lot number completely unreadable and impossible to track.

FIGHT 02

The vial cracks on the way there

In a courier’s van, loose vials knock together and develop cracks too small to see. The vacuum leaks out and the powder clumps.

FIGHT 03

The buyer isn't sure it's authentic.

Copies and resold stock are common here. Your customer is wondering whether this box has been opened before, or came from you at all.

The tray is the cheapest insurance in the box — yet it is the first thing most brands cut.

We perfect the box structure before focusing on the print.

Your contract manufacturer is not the bottleneck.

— They were simply never optimized for secondary engineering.

Primary and secondary packaging solve different problems. Asking one supplier to optimize both usually forces compromises.

The Filling Line

Vial · Stopper · Temper seal

Co-packer for Primary Packaging

Filling it right, proving it stays stable, keeping the paperwork straight. That’s specialized work and your co-packer has earned it. Changing any of it means new testing and new filings — so it should stay exactly where it is.

The Brand & Customer Touchpoint

Box · Tray · Label

JRNY for Secondary Packaging

How it survives being dropped. What still sticks at −20°C. How tightly a tray holds a vial so it can’t move. How the box feels in someone’s hands. A different problem entirely — and one no filling line was ever set up to solve.

Six questions we ask before we let a piece onto the list.

All six are really one question: what does this piece lock you into?

Has it been made before?

Or would you be the first to try it?

Does it need its own mold?

Paid upfront and good for one thing — or shared, and easy to reorder?

How many products does it fit?

Reusable across your range, or dead stock when one product stops selling?

How fast, and how easy to get again?

In time for the launch you actually planned, and reorderable without a fight?

Will anyone notice it?

Somewhere the customer touches and sees — or are you paying to look different where nobody looks?

Is it one of the four pieces?

Every change stays in secondary packaging. The vial and its paperwork are left alone.

Keep the expert you already have.
Add the one you don't.

Zero operational displacement. Your co-packer retains their core processes, documentation, and compliance protocols. We simply manage the four secondary components they were never engineered to optimize.

01 — Minimize Regulatory Disruption:
The primary packaging assembly remains untouched. No stability re-testing, no revised regulatory filings, and no vendor friction.

02 — Prefabricated Engineering:
We produce and source the four secondary components: box, tray, label, and seal—using production-proven, existing architectures.

03 — Seamless Line Integration:
Components ship directly to your facility or your co-packer. Built precisely to current line tolerances, requiring zero procedural changes.

STANDARDIZE WHAT ONLY HAS TO WORK. SPEND ON WHAT HAS TO SELL.

Nearly every packaging mistake is mixing those two up. Start wherever you actually are.
