What to Know Before You Start
2. How long does a custom packaging project take?
Timelines vary by project complexity:
- Sampling usually takes 7–14 working days
- Mass production typically takes 25–30 working days after approval
- Complex multi-component projects may require 30–40 working days plus shipping time.
3. Can I get a sample before mass production?
Yes. We offer packaging samples at cost, so you can review the material, structure, size, and finishing before committing to mass production. A final print proof can also be provided for approval before production.
4. What artwork files do you need?
- We accept vector files such as *.AI (Adobe Illustrator), *.PDF, or *.EPS with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi.
- Please outline all text, embed images, use CMYK color mode, and place special finishes such as foil, embossing, or spot UV on separate layers.
5. Do you support global shipping?
Yes. We support international shipping by air or sea, with delivery terms including FOB, EXW, DDP, and DDU. Courier delivery is also available for samples or small orders.
